1. General provisions

This document sets out the terms on which RealSoft (hereinafter the “Contractor”) provides the Raqamli Bozor system services.

The Customer is deemed to have accepted these terms when submitting a demo request or starting to use the service.

2. Subject of the service

Raqamli Bozor is a digital market management system: stall occupancy, payment control, rent records, parking and camera analytics, and reports.

The exact scope, term and price of the service are set out in a separate contract or appendix between the parties.

3. Demo and rollout

The demo is free of charge and creates no obligation. During rollout, the compatibility of existing equipment (including cameras) with the system is checked.

4. Obligations of the parties

The Contractor provides the service in the agreed scope and quality and ensures the confidentiality of data.

The Customer provides accurate information, does not pass access rights to third parties and makes the agreed payments on time.

5. Liability

The parties are liable for failure to perform their obligations in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The Contractor is not liable for interruptions in third-party services.

6. Final provisions

The Contractor reserves the right to change these terms; a new version takes effect once published on the website. Disputes are resolved by negotiation and, failing agreement, in the manner prescribed by law.
