Rental contracts are now generated automatically

Enter the stall and tenant details — the system prepares the contract from a template and attaches it to the tenant's personal account.

Previously every rental contract was filled in and printed by hand. Now the process takes a few minutes: choose a stall, enter the tenant’s details, and the system generates the contract from a ready template.

How the process works

  1. Choose a vacant stall and set the rental period.
  2. Enter the tenant’s passport and contact details, or pick an existing tenant.
  3. The system assigns a contract number, prepares the document as a PDF and attaches it to the personal account.

Personal account

Each tenant’s personal account shows the payment history, current arrears and the contract term. When a payment date approaches, the inspector receives a reminder, and when arrears arise the stall is flagged separately in the list.

Templates can be adapted to the market’s needs: details, stamp and signature positions are set in the settings.

The update is available to all staff who keep rental records.
